St. Louis Gateway Arch

We stopped and played at the St. Louis Gateway Arch on our way to Georgia. This is the United States tallest national monument and can sway as much as 18" on a windy day.

It was a lot more than we expected. At first, it didn't look like much.

The next morning, we walked to the arch...

...and actually went up into it.

They have a whole museum there that is free.
We ended up spending about 4 or 5 hours there and had a blast. They had story time for the kids and games. Of course, stores to shop in and then the ride up. (The ride was $10/adults, I forget what kids were - $5 maybe.)

Worth checking out!
